A clear path from application to active membership.
The official process contains twelve administrative steps. For applicants, these are presented as five understandable stages.

Select Associate or Regular Membership and your Primary Research Cluster.

Complete the portal form, upload requirements, and accept the required declarations.

Review
QICIR conducts an administrative completeness check and credentials review.

Pay after approval
Approved applicants pay through an authorized method and upload proof through the portal.

Activate
After payment verification, receive membership confirmation, credentials, and orientation.
Applications will be submitted only through the official Membership Portal.
Payment does not replace eligibility or credentials review and does not, by itself, establish membership.
